Moving on to the Next Quilt

At the beginning of the month, I started working on a disappearing four-patch quilt. All the blocks are sewn into four patches. I started with a layer cake. I’ve managed to finish a handful of blocks.

Now I’d have another pair of block, but I made a mistake. I cut in the wrong place. Ugh!!!

I’m contemplating how I should handle the situation. I can use less blocks in the quilt, buy another charm pack to redo this block, raid the charm pack that I have (which has another destination), or make a totally different block from a pit of Central Park  yardage that I have.

Right now, I’m leaning towards buying another charm pack. When this quilt is finished most of my Central Park stash will be used up. I totally should have bought a fat quarter pack of this line. I’m headed to the quilt store tomorrow. I’ll see what I can find.
