Delicate Arch

Today Ross and I hiked to Delicate Arch. The hike was harder than I care to admit. The distance, 3 miles round trip, didn’t bother me. However the climb up the slick rock challenged me. Luckily the altitude, around 4500 ft, is similiar to Salt Lake. No altitude problems.

After the hike, I was starving. It felt good to be hungry due to physical excertion instead of just wasting away in cubicle. After lunch we visited Landscape Arch. We couldn’t get very close to this arch. Tomrrow we are visitng arches that we can get close to. I like to be apart of the experience.
